PRICING

Our standard full service brokerage fee for sellers is never more than 3.5 % and it includes all fees with no upfront or other back end fees. Our home sellers do not get surprised at closing to find additional fees added to the contract. The 3.5 % fee is settled at closing and covers Buyer Agent commission and the home listing services Triangle Compass Real Estate provides for home sellers. Our services are truly unlimited from assisting with staging, photography and video coordination to scheduling showing times and inspections, fielding buyer questions, negotiating and writing counter offers, guidance on disclosures, and completing other paperwork, etc. For more detail please visit our Seller Services page. Home buyers enjoy a free ride as their agent working for them as a Buying Agent gets compensated from the home sellers also at closing. The list of services our buyers receive to enjoy are negotiating and writing offers to purchase contracts, counter offers, working through disclosures, buyer questions and answers, arranging inspections, settlement paperwork, etc.

DISCLOSURE & HONESTY

It is our duty to keep our clients fully informed at all times of all facts and information we obtain including any brokerage benefits on any transactions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Our fiduciary duty is to keep confidentiality on our client’s financial condition, motivation or their acceptable contract terms.

ACCOUNTING

We comply with NC Real Estate laws and provide copies of all documents to all parties affected by them and keep them on file for three years
